As I attended the class, I came to realize how compelling and powerful stories are. Stories connect people. Stories are the means by which people make sense of their lives. Stories create meaning. Stories are sacred, and everyone has a story. In the class, we learned about different kinds of story and how we could use that in our everyday life, in the life of the church, in counseling, and other various settings

This is a lovely area,  and the weather in Tampa is glorious this time of year.
The Franciscan Center is a beautiful and peaceful place to recharge and invigorate.
The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet.
There is outdoor space by the river, and a labyrinth you may walk at your leisure.
